The short policy
The site is written from scratch and does not reproduce articles, screenshots, or artwork from other publications. If a passage reads too close to a source, that is an editorial error and will be rewritten or removed on request.
Trademark and game content belong to their owners. Nothing on this site is intended as a claim to those rights.
What a notice should include
To make a request actionable, put the following in a single email:
- Your name, organisation, and a working reply address.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL or URLs on this site where the material appears.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorised.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and that you are authorised to act for the rights-holder.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may prompt a request for the missing details instead of removal.
What happens next
The site acknowledges valid notices, reviews the identified material, and removes or rewrites it if the claim holds. It aims to complete an initial review within seven days. If a request concerns ongoing commercial harm, say so in the subject line.
If material is removed, the page may be updated with a note explaining the change. Unrelated content on the same page is left in place.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same level of detail: identification of the removed material, the reasons it is lawful, your contact details, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction. Counter-notices are reviewed on the same timetable.
